Interés de Investigación
Actualmente estudio la estratigrafía volcánica del Cinturón Volcánico Pilcaniyeu entre las localidades de San Carlos de Bariloche (Provincia de Río Negro) y San Martín de los Andes (prov. del Neuquén). El estudio estratigráfico se complementa con el análisis geoquímico e isotópico con el fin de evaluar la geotectónica andina para estos tiempos, y cómo estos procesos se encuadran en la evolución tectono-magmática de los Andes durante el Cenozoico.
